TRENTON, NJ – Jack Ciattarelli agrees with Trump on everything.
Even New Jersey families’ electricity bills increasing by more than 13%. Their energy costs overall? Those will go up by $223 a year by 2030.
Seriously. All because of the Republican price hike bill Ciattarelli shamed “any Republican across the country” for voting against.
“Those predicted increases would be added to the already rising costs for electricity customers,” reports NJ Spotlight, with “people in Mid-Atlantic states, such as New Jersey, [seeing] electric price increases ‘more than the national average.’”
“Jack Ciattarelli had an opportunity to stand up to Donald Trump, on behalf of New Jerseyans across this state struggling to make ends meet, and oppose the GOP tax hike bill, but he didn’t – he even said if he was governor, he’d hit the phones to make sure every single New Jersey member of Congress supported it. Jack’s not for Jersey, he’s for Trump, and that’s exactly why he can’t be governor,” said New Jersey Democratic State Committee spokesperson Ryan Radulovacki.
