…Jack Ciattarelli is crossing his fingers that he’ll finally see that organization defunded.
“Mikie Sherrill is the only candidate in this race committed to protecting reproductive freedom and ensuring New Jerseyans can continue to access the vital health care services Planned Parenthood provides – Jack Ciattarelli only cares about protecting Donald Trump, not reproductive freedom, and he’s been clear he’d defund Planned Parenthood given the first opportunity,” said New Jersey Democratic State Committee spokesperson Ryan Radulovacki.
As the National Review reported this morning, he can’t “identify a single issue on which he disagrees with the president” – including defunding Planned Parenthood, and his belief that Trump’s “greatest legacy” is “his transformation of the federal bench” with the conservatives who overturned Roe v. Wade.
This is coming from someone who “suggested that women wake up toward the end of their pregnancies and randomly decide to have abortions.”
“Why does all the money go to Planned Parenthood?” Ciattarelli has asked – “Why is it we don’t give it to any of these other places, like” so-called crisis pregnancy centers, that push disinformation to stop women from getting the care they need.
