• Enacted the Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act to close the wage gap and guarantee equal pay for equal work.

• Increased the minimum wage to $15.49 an hour for most workers, helping ensure that our most vulnerable communities can afford basic necessities like food and housing.

• Provided first-time homebuyer assistance programs to expand access to homeownership for young families and people looking to make New Jersey their home.

• Enacted a Child Tax credit, which proves that New Jersey is the best state to raise a family.

• Set aside over $6 billion to ensure that New Jersey is prepared to face any unforeseen downturns.
