TRENTON, NJ – Jack Ciattarelli’s nonstop groveling for the endorsement of Donald Trump and lockstep support of his disastrous MAGA agenda has reached its desired endpoint, something that will only come back to haunt Ciattarelli – who “decline[s] to say whether he disagreed with any of Trump’s actions” – if he makes it past June 10th.
New Jersey Democratic State Committee spokesperson Ryan Radulovacki issued the following statement:
“Donald Trump endorsing Jack Ciattarelli sends a clear signal to people in New Jersey that he’ll always put loyalty to Trump first. It’s also the latest confirmation that a vote for two-time loser Ciattarelli is a vote for slashing Medicaid, gutting vital services for veterans and seniors across the country, and driving up costs and wrecking supply chains through Trump’s tariffs.
“One thing is clear: This is only a band-aid on a deeply contentious, bitter GOP primary that still has a month to go. The race to court Trump’s far-right MAGA base will cause turbulence for whoever emerges from this slugfest, long after June 10th.”
