CHAIRMAN CURRIE REACTS TO NEWS THAT GOV. CHRISTIE WAS REMOVED FROM AMTRAK QUIET CAR

(Woodland Hills, NJ) -- According to news reports, New Jersey's brash, bullying governor was removed from an Amtrak train for loudly talking on his cell phone and subsequently berating his security detail. The following is the New Jersey Democratic State Committee Chairman's reaction to these reports.

“What this incident highlights is the fact that Chris Christie has no regard for other people. He consistently acts as though rules do not apply to him. That is why two thirds of New Jersey believes he should end his presidential campaign, and a majority wants him to resign,” said John Currie, Chairman of the New Jersey Democratic State Committee. “Clearly, he is not presidential material. In fact, he cannot even board a train without creating controversy.”
